The Best Gnocchi

It is an age-old tradition in Italy, particularly Rome, to dine on gnocchi every Thursday. At Zappa, we choose to continue this tradition, and so it is that every Thursday we serve the sumptuous treat that is hand made gnocchi.

Rocco Sergi, Michael’s pa, has over 35 years of gnocchi making expertise, which makes every succulent dumpling a culinary sensation.

Each week we match a different sauce for a diverse gnocchi experience (vegetarian is always an option) and as a testament to the quality and popularity, many of our customers travel from across the city just to be a part of the Gnocchi experience.
