Frank Zappa, the musician, required all members of his band to be able to play several instruments and the vision at Zappa is the same - with staff ultimately being proficient in many of the key tasks to enable flexibility within the business.

Zappa's key strengths are its consistency and quality of the products and, most importantly, the attitude of the people serving you. Staff are taught that when people arrive at Zappa, they should take the attitude of welcoming a guest into their home.

Led and encouraged by owner, Michael Sergi, staff know almost every customer by name. And if they don't yet know your name, they do know how you prefer your coffee!
